Some services such as the "PC Happy Health Check, Service and Tune-up" have a fixed cost so you know what you will pay upfront. Other services will be charged by the hour but you will be provided with a quote upfront. I will never carry out any further work or buy any replacement equipment or hardware without consulting you first.
For small businesses I can offer one off call outs or remote support the same as home users. I also offer full support contracts where for a fixed monthly fee I will cover all of your IT hardware and software support requirements.
